IMO Car Wash Reviews

Got a £13 pound wash, and when it was it sits had traces of dirt on it. One side of the car wash brush was not even working. When asked the person in charge about the quality of the wash he said it's machine wash and he did not touch my car.

The New staff do a amazing job cleaning cars lot better then the previous owners keep up the good work

Majority of the service has not worked for over 2 years.
You do not get the full pre-wash... all you get is a quick spray (takes a few minutes to work) but they spray "it" off immediately, no idea if they are spraying on decontaminate cleaner... pointless and a waste of the users money as it's not used properly at all.
Not alloy cleaning.
Staff are 99% useless and do not speak ANGLAIS.
Left side of the machine is dead, so your wheels get no cleaning on that side - the blowers on the sides are dead, do nothing. The Towels, smear white grease? on the car, so you have to get out to clean the window screen as you cannot see - drive safely!
IMO customer service, always the same person, fobs you off... No matter how much you pay, or if it was a QR code, they just say it's "unique" and the staff will fix the problems... 2 YEARS now!!!
Avoid all IMO - all BAD... All using cheap foreign labour and no doubt they are money laundering too, as the staff always pocket the cash and NEVER give you a receipt!

Customer service is non existent. App is the same. Wanted a refund. Or extension on my use by date no help whatsoever

Tried to ask two simple questions to attendant. He ignored me and barked orders - clearly the fact that he was chatting on his phone the whole service meant I was a massive inconvenience. Wash quality was awful. Didn’t do a good prewash because he was on his phone and he wasn’t even looking at what he was doing. Opened the window to try and ask my question. Got shouted at again.

Used IMO's Bury based car wash on Wednesday,April 7th.On arrival there were a couple of vehicles ahead of mine in the queue but there appeared to be some sort of disagreement/argument between the drivers and the car wash main operator.As such both cars had to reverse out of the car wash area (much to my & other drivers annoyance and inconvenience).I approached the wash area and requested the "Triple Shampoo" option and kindly requested they give the vehicle a good prewash particularly the wheels.This was completely ignored and a very short duration prewash applied!Returned home and discovered the inside of the wheel hubs were covered in black muck which I had to remove!Very unhappy and will not use an IMO Car Wash ever again preferring to use the more traditional hand car wash services!

Used this car wash for the first time today. Lots of cars using it so I thought it must be OK. I chose the £6 option. When it was done the car was relatively clean but the windscreen now has a vertical scratch on the drivers side from the bottom to the top. To say I am annoyed is an understatement. Have used the contact Us feature on their website but after reading various reviews I am not holding out much hope for any sort of response, much less any sort of recompense for the damage caused. Update 7/4/21. Returned to car wash today to fill out an incident form for the damage to my windscreen. Spoke to the boss who was very helpful and listened to my complaint. He also checked the windscreen and took photos as proof to send to head office. I can't complain about the service I have received today. Now its just a waiting game to hear from the head office.Update 15/4/21I have just received a response regarding the outcome of their investigation and as I have now read other reviews of these car washes,the outcome really has not surprised me. They refuse to accept that their equipment scratched my windscreen and offered £20 to buy a glass polish which should "remove the marks". The scratches were definitely not there before as I had the car MOT'd the week before and returned to garage to get confirmation that the scratches were not there. Overall I am extremely disappointed with this company and will never use a car wash of this kind again.

I paid £9 for a clean and wax to include the alloys. When I got home, I discovered the bird guano was baked into the paint work and the alloys were still filthy. I wish I had cleaned it myself in the first place.

Terrible... No prewash at all. Have been many times before and prewash ensures clean is good. No recommended

The car wash has had a refit and looks good. Washed my car good but not as good without the serviced prewash and spray... But hey lockdown is soon over so won't be long before you are full service again. Been desperate for you to reopen as still much better than anything else around my area. The approach is clean, well signposted and lots of posters warning people that the prewash won't be happening. The attendants are happy and friendly. Worth 5 stars!
